What is CAPM Certification?
Earning the CAPM® credential shows you hold the foundational knowledge and skills that project teams demand. It also shows that you’re ready to take on a wide range of projects, including predictive (waterfall) project management, agile project management, and business analysis.
The CAPM® certification can be an essential first step in building a career as a project manager. It also allows you to position yourself to pursue other key certifications including the Project Management Professional (PMP®) designation.
The Project Management Institute (PMI®) now offers an updated 150-question CAPM® certification exam that covers project management fundamentals and core concepts. Updates to the exam include:
- Agile frameworks/methodologies
- Business analysis frameworks
- Predictive plan-based methodologies

What Can a CAPM® Credential Do for You?

Continuing Education Units
Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are awarded based on a standard of one unit per ten (10) hours of classroom contact.
Note: The University reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellations and refunds
Payment is due upon registration. Students may request a registration cancellation through the start date of the course. A $25 cancellation fee will apply. No refunds will be given for withdrawal requests after the course start date. The University reserves the right to cancel course selections. If the course is cancelled, the student will be issued a full refund.
