The campus operates several email LISTSERV lists in order to get out timely information to the campus community.

You must be a member of a given list in order to send to it. You may request a change to any of these lists by contacting Brian Hart in the IT Department.
All Faculty and Staff

All employees, including staff and faculty. It does not include students.
Purpose
Information and discussion relevant to all campus employees.

All faculty, including adjunct faculty. (This list is a subset of the DUBOIS-L.) In addition, those staff members who need to send to the DUBFAC-L are on this list.

Information and discussion relevant to faculty only.
Usage
Remember, if you send your message to the DUBOIS-L, you do not need to send it to the DUBFAC-L as well.
All Staff

All staff, no faculty, no directors. (This list is a subset of the DUBOIS-L.)

Staff Caucus. Information and discussion relevant to staff only.

All Students
Membership
All students. In addition, those staff and faculty members who request to be added to the DUBSTU-L are on this list.
Purpose
Information and discussion relevant to students.
Note
The student listserv is not an avenue to sell or trade goods and services; please find alternative means to do so.
Usage
Only staff and faculty are able to send messages to this list (this includes anyone who is on the DUBOIS-L). This is intended to limit our students' daily volume of email.
Note to Clubs
Clubs will still be able to send announcements through the student listserv by sending their announcements to Brittany Stanton. The announcements will be due by 5pm on Friday each week. She will then send out an email every Monday morning with event information and club announcements. Her email is [email protected]
